I love it here. The staff are amazing - Merina at reception is so welcoming and friendly. I had the best massage of my life with Ying. She was so thorough and seemed to almost read my mind with the pressure and area she was working on. My facial with the lovely Kushum was also fantastic, my skin feels so soft! I can also recommend facials from Benz! I really recommend the facial/massage package, it’s very good value. The salon is super clean and relaxing. 10/10!

I had a deep tissue massage with Tanya and it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. The service was exceptional! She was incredibly attentive to detail, and I felt completely looked after throughout. I walked out feeling brand new and deeply relaxed. The receptionist (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) was also very welcoming, warm, and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a facial massage and eyebrows threading here and it was amazing! The atmosphere was so relaxing and clean, and the therapist was super gentle. My skin felt so soft, glowing, and refreshed afterwards. I even fell asleep during the treatment that’s how good it was! Highly recommend 💆♀️✨

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here- my friends had gifted me the Gentleman Pampering Package (massage, facial and pedicure- which they kindly changed to a manicure at my request). I had a Thai deep tissue massage with Ying- she found muscles I didn’t even know I had! She was considerate and friendly throughout, checking the pressure was okay and had a fantastic range of techniques. It was incredibly relaxing. I then had a facial with Marian, which was extremely luxurious (my face was steamed, scrubbed, moisturised and massaged- the same for my head and neck). She was lovely and made sure I was comfortable for each step. Finally I had a manicure with Goi, who was wonderful and kind, and left my claws looking the best they have ever been. Small touches like offering tea and tranquil music throughout, really added to the experience. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be returning very soon!

I strolled by Ealing and passed by this cute little salon, decided to treat myself to a nice 60min massage and a biab set. Since then, I've been their regular customer. Their biab is so strong and amazing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. If you're not there now, what are you doing? Go for it!
